1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PassMyPic application, website, and related support provided by Jianhui Liu (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using PassMyPic, you agree to these Terms and the applicable User Agreement / EULA. Apple’s terms also apply to downloads and purchases made through the App Store.
If you cannot legally agree to binding terms where you live, use PassMyPic only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Service nature and limitations
PassMyPic is a photo-preparation utility. It can inspect, compress, resize, crop, convert, and technically check image files against requirements entered, pasted, or scanned by you.
OCR results, estimated sizes, previews, compression, format conversion, color rendering, transparency handling, metadata handling, and crop decisions may be imperfect. You must review the finished image and verify it against the recipient’s current official requirements before submission.
3. Your files and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the images, text, and other content you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use, alter, export, and submit that content. You are also responsible for the accuracy of requirements you enter and for deciding whether a generated result is suitable.
You must not use PassMyPic to infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights; create or distribute unlawful or deceptive material; evade a platform’s security controls; or violate any applicable law or recipient policy.
4. Free exports and lifetime purchase
PassMyPic allows up to three final-file exports without purchasing Pro. Each successfully shared file counts as one export, including each file in a batch. Inspection, requirement entry, preview, and other features may remain available as described in the App.
PassMyPic Pro Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks the Pro entitlement for the Apple ID used to purchase it, subject to Apple’s platform rules and continued App compatibility. It is not a subscription, does not automatically renew, and has no recurring charge. Family Sharing is available subject to Apple’s eligibility and account rules.
The price and currency shown by the App Store at the time of purchase control. Taxes and regional pricing may apply. Purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and decisions are governed by Apple’s policies and applicable law; we cannot issue an App Store refund directly. You can use Restore Purchases in the App to ask Apple to restore an eligible entitlement.
5. Availability, devices, and network access
PassMyPic currently requires a compatible iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Most photo processing works on device. Internet access is required for App Store purchase information, buying, restoring purchases, viewing these web pages, and contacting support.
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the App, address security or legal requirements, maintain compatibility, or respond to circumstances outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local photo processing, saved rules, Apple purchase processing, support communications, and your choices. When you send an output to another app, website, or person, that recipient’s terms and privacy practices apply.
7. Intellectual property
PassMyPic, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and original content, is owned by Jianhui Liu or applicable licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PassMyPic to you. The license governing use of the software is set out in the User Agreement / EULA.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassMyPic and its related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or guaranteed acceptance of an output. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jianhui Liu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, opportunities, revenue, submissions, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use PassMyPic. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for PassMyPic during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy or limit.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PassMyPic at any time. Your license may terminate if you materially violate these Terms or the EULA. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you and we should attempt in good faith to resolve it by contacting the other party. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live, disputes will be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction at the developer’s place of domicile in China.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms when the App, law, or service changes. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Your continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; if you do not agree, stop using the App.
