Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how JobAttest (the “App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you create work-completion reports, manage photos and signatures, generate PDFs, and use subscriptions.
1. Information stored on your device
The App may store company details, customer names and contact details, service addresses, work notes, before-and-after photos, customer signatures, generated report text, PDFs, app language, settings, and local usage allowances. This information remains in the App’s local storage unless you choose to share or export it.
2. Camera, photos, signatures, and sharing
Camera access is used only when you choose to take a work photo. Photo access is used only for items you select. Signatures are collected only when a customer voluntarily signs on your device. When you share a report, the destination you select—such as Mail, Messages, WhatsApp, or another app—processes the shared file under its own privacy terms.
3. Purchases and RevenueCat
Payments are processed by Apple. JobAttest uses RevenueCat to retrieve products, validate purchase receipts, restore purchases, and determine subscription entitlement. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase history, receipt and entitlement data, an anonymous app user identifier, device/platform information, and limited diagnostics needed to provide subscription services. JobAttest does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
4. Professional content generation
The standard content organizer can operate on your device. If a remote content-generation service is enabled, the App asks for your permission before sending the service type and work notes. Customer names, contact details, service addresses, photos, and signatures are not intentionally included in that request. You can decline and write or edit the report manually.
5. How information is used and disclosed
Information is used to provide App functions, preserve your preferences, create reports, manage subscriptions, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect users or our rights. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to service providers described here, at your direction, or when legally required.
6. Retention, security, and deletion
Local report data remains until you delete a report, use “Delete All Local Data,” or remove the App. Subscription records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their legal and operational requirements. No security method is perfect; you are responsible for protecting access to your device and for obtaining permission before recording customer information or signatures.
7. Your choices and rights
You may review and edit report content, deny optional permissions, avoid remote generation, delete individual reports, delete all local data in Settings, and manage subscriptions through your Apple account. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning information processed by us.
8. Children, international use, and changes
JobAttest is designed for service professionals and is not directed to children. Service providers may process data in countries different from yours subject to appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy when the App, providers, or laws change; material changes will be identified by a new effective date or an in-app notice where appropriate.

本政策说明 JobAttest（以下简称“本应用”或“我们”）在您创建工作完成报告、管理照片和签名、生成 PDF 及使用订阅服务时如何处理信息。
1. 保存在设备上的信息
本应用可能在设备本地保存公司资料、客户姓名及联系方式、服务地址、工作记录、工作前后照片、客户签名、生成的报告文字、PDF、应用语言、设置及本地免费额度。除非您主动分享或导出，这些信息不会离开本应用的本地存储。
2. 相机、照片、签名与分享
仅在您主动拍摄工作照片时使用相机；仅读取您选择的照片；仅在客户自愿现场签署时采集签名。当您通过邮件、短信、WhatsApp 或其他应用分享报告时，接收应用将依照其自身政策处理该文件。
3. 购买与 RevenueCat
付款由 Apple 处理。本应用使用 RevenueCat 获取商品、验证购买凭证、恢复购买并判断会员权益。Apple 与 RevenueCat 可能处理购买历史、凭证及权益数据、匿名应用用户标识、设备/平台信息及提供订阅服务所需的有限诊断数据。本应用不会取得或保存您的完整银行卡信息。
4. 专业内容生成
标准内容整理可在设备本地运行。若启用远程内容生成服务，本应用会在发送服务类型和工作记录前征得您的同意；请求中不会主动包含客户姓名、联系方式、服务地址、照片或签名。您可以拒绝并手动撰写或编辑报告。
5. 信息用途与披露
信息仅用于提供应用功能、保存偏好、生成报告、管理订阅、排查故障、防止滥用、遵守法律以及保护用户或我们的合法权益。我们不会出售个人信息，仅会向本政策所述服务商、按您的指示或在法律要求时披露必要信息。
6. 保存、安全与删除
本地报告数据会保留至您删除报告、在设置中选择“删除所有本地数据”或卸载应用。Apple 与 RevenueCat 可能依其法律和运营要求保留订阅记录。任何安全措施均无法保证绝对安全；您应保护设备访问权限，并在记录客户信息或签名前取得必要授权。
7. 您的选择与权利
您可以查看和编辑报告、拒绝可选权限、不使用远程生成、删除单份报告、在设置中删除所有本地数据，并通过 Apple 账户管理订阅。根据您所在地区，您还可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理或反对处理等权利。
8. 未成年人、跨境与更新
JobAttest 面向服务行业从业人员，并非为儿童设计。服务提供商可能在您所在国家或地区以外处理数据，并采用适当保障措施。应用、服务商或法律变化时，我们可能更新本政策；重大变化将通过更新生效日期或适当的应用内提示说明。
